This means we can assist clients in relation to family law and intervention order cases who meet the eligibility criteria set by Victoria Legal Aid.

We are pleased to offer legally aided services to those in the community otherwise unable to access legal assistance due to financial hardship.

In other news, Principal Anna Bulner has accepted an invitation to become a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialisation Mentor (Family Law). This will involve Anna providing guidance and advice to other legal practitioners undertaking the specialisation program in 2015.

DOORS was developed by the Australian Institute of Social Relations the training division of Relationships Australia (SA) with Family Transitions (Melbourne) pursuant to a contract from the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department. It is empirically based and has been reviewed and refined by researches and senior practitioners across Australia and internationally.

DOORS helps our practice identity and assess risks for adults and children and provides tools to deal with identified risks before, during and after separation.

DOORS can be used at the start and/or during a family law case as risks may change over time.
